There are five ways to amend which InterAction Lists are visible to Vuture users:

System Wide Level:

1. Only display InterAction folders/lists that the InterAction User has access to - This means that the Vuture User Account would reference the user's InterAction Account, rather than the InterAction Admin Account. This way, only the InterAction folders/lists that the user has access to in InterAction would be visible on the email Send, Filters and Triggers screens. Please note - Only a handful of clients use this option.
2. Only display InterAction Marketing Folders
3. Use an XPath expression to create a more complex filter that returns specific InterAction folders

Container Level:

4. Restrict list access at the container level in the container setting - This can be configured by seeing the instructions here. Please note: This could involve a considerable amount of work and ongoing maintenance as you add more lists to InterAction. For this reason, not too many clients use this option.

Campaign Level:

5. Campaign Summary > Email Lists - On a campaign level, via the Campaign Summary screen, you can restrict which lists are available to send to on the email send screen.
