If the SSL certificate that Vuture is using has expired then Vuture will be unable to connect to InterAction.
You can check the SSL certificate expiry date by connecting to the InterAction URL from an accessible location (it will most likely be locked down to your Vuture server IP address and the Vuture office IP address) and click on the padlock in the browser.
Errors similar to the following may also appear in the Vuture errors inbox "The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure".
The SSL certificate should be renewed as soon as possible but a workaround is possible to allow an exception for the expired certificate. This is done by going to "Admin.System.SSL.External Allowed List" and adding the domain part of the URL (in a comma separate list if there is more than one exception required) e.g. if the InterAction URL is "https//vuture.mycompany.com/interaction"" then "vuture.mycompany.com" should be entered (without the quotes). As soon as the certificate has been renewed the exception should be removed. Note that the exception ignores the expiry date but still encrypts the data being transferred.
