To ensure that the Vuture integration with ContactEase operates correctly it is important that you let us know before making any upgrades to your ContactEase installation. 

This is so we can test any update on our local ContactEase test instance to ensure that there is no impact on the integration.

Vuture currently supports ContactEase API version 1.4.10

If you are planning on making any update please contact your Account Manager or Vuture Support so we can confirm that we support any updated version of the ContactEase system.

Our process for testing is as follows:

1. Cole Valley will provide us with the latest version of their API and system files
2. We will install those update on our test ContactEase instance 
3. We will test the following areas of the integration:
   1. Connection to ContactEase can be made
   2. Marketing categories can be pulled back
   3. Contacts can be pulled back from the selected category
   4. Emails can be sent to a ContactEase category
   5. Activities are written back against contacts
   6. Contact forms are pre-filling
   7. Contact form can be submitted and write back to contact fields
   8. Contacts can be added and removed from categories using preference forms
   9. New contacts are created using blank forms and they are added to selected categories
   10. Unubscribes work correctly
   11. Contacts are suppressed using the 3-bounce rule
4. Once we have successfully tested these areas we will sign-off that version of ContactEase for use with Vuture and record the supported API versions on this page
5. If we encounter any issues with a new version we will work with Cole Valley to resolve this but recommend you do not upgrade until we have successfully retested
