Overview

 

The Events Module is a tool for registering your clients as they attend an event and writing this back in real time to InterAction.

 

Features

• Manage an event using an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad
• Branded app with bespoke logo and branded header within the app
• 1-click search and register function to instantly mark a client as attended in InterAction
• Single view to see attendees, not yet shown-up and walk-in guests
• Register an unexpected attendee instantly and automatically write the data in InterAction
• Register an unexpected attendee without an email address (address required later)
• Automatically notify your colleagues (partners/lawyers/BD) when a contact arrives at an event
• Let fee earners know which other events the client has attended and if using Vuture’s web tracking tools which websites the client has visited
• Automatically mark no-show clients in InterAction
• Use the events app off-line
• Add additional fields as further columns displayed on the check-in page
• Add an extra information page, or form, to update, display or gather information at the event.
• Option to automatically generate badges each time someone is marked as attended
