If you are trying to move a snippet, but find that it can only be moved in a certain space, rather than over the entire email, check to see whether this snippet is part of a larger snippet.

If it is part of a larger or parent snippet, then it can be moved inside the bounds of that larger or parent snippet, but only the parent snippet can be moved across the entire email.
