To enable this schedule task use the following process - you must be a Vuture Administrator so please contact your Account Manager or Vuture Support for assistance:

• Click on "Admin.Services" and find the scheduled task called "PopulateEmailSentAggregateColumns"
• Click on "Edit" and set "Task Interval" to "hour;1:42;1" which will schedule the task to run hourly at 42 minutes past the hour. Please vary the 42 part to a random number of minutes past the hour so all clients don't run at the same time, i.e. pick a number between 01 and 59.
• Set "Task Enabled" to "True" and don't change the other settings
• Click "Update"
• To run the task immediately click "Run now" - note that first time the tasks runs it will populate all historic data which may put a load on the system so it is best not to do this during peak hours

NOTE: The scheduled task runs once per hour and will update a max of one months data per go. For clients with many years of historic data it can take several days before the data is fully populated.
