InterAction's default value is 102

2. What is your InterAction Primary Sponsor Global Additional Field Id?

3. What is your InterAction Event Accepted Activity Type Id? 

4. What is your InterAction Event Declined Activity Type Id?

5. Please provide a high resolution version of your logo

This will be resized to 420px wide for the Events App

6. Please provide a sample of your badge templates if you have any

e.g. a copy of your Word Avery template

7. What template are your badges based on?

e.g. Avery #5390
