Below is a list of the different types of email that can be sent from the Vuture platform, the From Address that is used and which of the two email sending queues are used. This can be helpful if you need to allow incoming mails.
There are two types of email queue used for delivery and each can potentially have a separate sending IP address so you should add both to an Allow List.
1. Marketing Email Queue - this is the main email queue used to send Marketing Emails. This is associated with your designated Vuture Email Server and will have a fixed IP address.
2. Admin Email Queue - this is a smaller queue used to send administrative emails. This is associated with your designated Vuture Application Server. This will have a fixed IP address which may be different from the Marketing Email Queue.
Apart from Marketing Emails which have a separate Bounce Address and Display From Address, the other messages use the same From Address for both and you can change these to all use the same address and/or domain in order to simplify you Allow List.
