When a contact clicks on Spam, Complain or Mark as Junk the ISP will send us a notification that this contact has made this action. We then suppress this contact automatically. This is called a feedback loop. We subscribe to all the major ISP feedback loops:
- AOL
- Bluetie
- Comcast
- Cox
- Fastmail
- OpenSRS (Tucows)
- Rackspace
- Syncaor
- Terra
- United Online
- USA.Net
How does Vuture process feedback loop complaints?
Vuture automatically unsubscribes recipients who make complaints through feedback loops.
This process uses the standard global unsubscribe process so if the email was sent to an InterAction list then an unsubscribe activity will be written back into InterAction
Please note that this process uses the first folder listed in the "Admin.System.InterAction.InterAction Unsubscribe Folder ID" setting as the global unsubscribe folder.
Where can I see the feedback loop complaint history?
Currently this is stored in a database table called tblFeedbackLoopLog but can be exported on request by the Vuture support team
