Web tracking cookies are separate per device and browser. Once we know who the user is via the SID (i.e. if the user clicks through from a Vuture email) they will show up as identified in the Web Tracking reporting and the user click journeys can be seen across both devices.

If a user never clicks on a Vuture email link on one of the devices, but they visit the tracked website directly on that device, we would not know who you are from the other device. You would have to click on an email link at which point the journeys would be connected.
 
If a user visits the tracked website directly on a device without ever clicking on a Vuture email link, we would not know who the user is from another device. The user would have to click on an email link at which point the click journeys on multiple devices would be connected.
