No. It isn't currently possible to send campaign information via a web tracking activity.

In IA you can get this information from the link clicked activity instead.

Page id's are not available as system variables at the moment, but the full page URL is. This also includes the site page id. This can be inserted as a placeholder via the campaign types tool as {vx:Page Url} for link clicked.

Typically, web tracking activities might not be from an email, which is why that is not available as a standard placeholder.
