Activities will be configured by the Vuture Project Manager in Vuture's Metadata Tool, following the configuration document completed by the client.  We will deploy the Vx Entities activities and fields.

The entity name is VxActivities

This entity is commonly used to capture email-related activities in the CRM. The following activity types are supported:

Email Opened

Link Clicked

Email Forwarded

Email Unsubscribed

Web tracking

Webinar Attendance

RSVP

Event Attendance, Walk in, No Show

Email Bounced
