When managing Accepts and Declines for an event, it sometimes happens that registrants who previously Declined then change their mind and switch to Accept.

To ensure that former Decline registrants who change their mind and later Accept an invitation are notified to the event organiser, it is possible to add a Waiting List field to the form.

The Waiting List field can be configured so that it only appears if someone had previously selected Decline.  Then build a notification on the form that is sent to the organiser when someone submits the Waiting List option.
