You can add users to a specific folder based on a specific choice they choose on a form and not if they fill out the form. If a user selects a specific choice on a form, they can added into a specific folder. However, if any of the other choices are selected, they should not be added to the folder. This will only work with prefilled forms and not with blank forms.
