The InterAction Queue is used to write back many of the actions back to InterAction and should be paused if your InterAction is going to be down for more than an hour to avoid queue items being added to the errors table which happens after 5 failed attempts.
Please contact Vuture support who can do this for you by:
1. Disable the Vx Queue Task*: Click on "Admin.Services", find "VxQueueTask", click on "Edit", set "Task Enabled" to "False" and click "Update"
This will stop the queue from processing. If you are unable to disable the queue it may be in the middle of processing so click Reset then try to disable again. You may need to do this twice to get it to disable if the queue is busy.
To restart the queue once InterAction comes back up:
1. Enable the Vx Queue Task*: Click on "Admin.Services", find "VxQueueTask", click on "Edit", set "Task Enabled" to "True" and click "Update"
2. Check the queue is processing: by going to "Admin.Tasks" and clicking on "View the InterAction queue" and checking the queue is going down. If not, click Start Processing.
3. Once the queue has caught up with historic entries check the CRM Queue Errors report to see if there were any errors - see here how to access the report - log a Jira ticket if errors are found
