Each client's data is backed up securely each day by the Rackspace Managed Backup Team:

Backups are held for 2 weeks.

• All data is backed up daily, encrypted and stored securely in a private network
• Note that the backup is taken digitally to disk rather than transported on tape
• CommVault software is used for backup and data is written to Isilon Clusters in a separate area of the data centre
• Offsite backup options are available by request
• Weekly full backup and daily differential backups are taken up to a total of two weeks
• Restore requests are managed through a ticket based system
