When using Form Logic for a Vuture form connected to Salesforce, it is sometimes a requirement to know your Salesforce list ID.  To  find this ID from your Vuture instance, go to the Send email screen, select your Salesforce instance as your list source, hover over the list picker, right click on your mouse and click "inspect".

Once the inspect window is open, expand the list section by clicking on the arrow head next to the list section:

You will find the List Id above each List name.
