1. Check that the CSS links are relative rather than absolute and if they have to be absolute the protocol they use matches the website for example a http file will not get loaded in a https site. 


2. If the website is an HTTP site and your using a Vuture instance that runs over HTTPS then turn on "Admin.System.Edit.Enable Insecure Content Handler"
