If you are unable to generate a PDF please use the following troubleshooter:

Clicking "generate file" button on the Export screen causes the "please wait spinner to hang"

In this case contact your System Administrator or Vuture Support and ask them to recycle your application. This is done by clicking on "Admin.Tasks.Recycle Vx Back-end"
