The image library is opened by clicking on any image that goes grey when you mouse-over it.
To find an image use the drop down at the top of the page this will show the available libraries.
To upload additional images into the system click on the link at the top right of the page.
Click on the image you wish to insert and the image editor will open.
The image you have selected will automatically re-size into the image placeholder. You can use the scaling tool to change the size of the image. Drag the image placeholder (the dotted box) to select the required crop.
You can choose to add a border to your image by ticking the "add border" tick box. If your brand guidelines allow, you can put text over the image by clicking the "add text" button.
You will notice as you scale the image a counter at the top of the page will change showing you the dpi (dots per inch).
For print materials images must be at least 250 dpi to ensure they are high enough quality for printing purposes. For presentations the minimum is 100dpi.
When you are happy with the selected crop click the “done” button.
Issues with sizing/resizing
You want to make sure that the original image has the correct sizing since if you scale an image larger than its original dimensions, the image may appear to be very fuzzy or pixelated. So in this case, re-upload the image to Vuture prior to confirming it is in its original dimension.
