Overview
This article describes how to receive alerts when Vuture is unable to send emails to contacts. This most commonly occurs because of an inability connect or communicate with your CRM system.

Subscribe to Failed Email Send notifications
If an email fails to send, Vuture will retry to send the email a further 5 times with each retry set 1 minute apart before failing permanently. An error message is generated immediately after the last failed attempt and can be sent to a specified email address or distribution address.
The error message contains the following details to help you resolve the issue:
- Email Name
- Email Campaign
- Email Subject
- Send Start time
- Send form email address
- ListID's for the CRM lists selected
- Link to online version of the email
- Link to email within Vuture
- A user-friendly error message
- Links to any relevant helpdesk pages
- Technical details of the error
Send failure error messages are currently categorised as:

CRM communication errors: when the connection to your CRM system is lost, dropped or unexpectedly disrupted

Data not being returned by CRM: when your CRM either does not return any data or the data is not in the format expected

Authentication failure: when Vuture is not able to authenticate to or log into your CRM system

Timeout failure: when communicating to your CRM system takes an excessive amount of time

General: a catch-all category for any other errors
How to Enable
This system configuration can be enabled by your Customer Success Manager or Vuture Support by entering a valid email address into "Admin.Systems.Diagnostics.Email Send Failure EmailToAddress". Multiple email addresses can be entered if separated by a comma, and distribution groups are also supported.
