We have the ability to add Primary Sponsor to the the Marketing subscriber list when it is used in an email send.  The Primary Sponsor will be held at Mailing List/Contact level.

The sponsor will appear as the From Name (when sending an email) if selected on the Send Email screen.

Prerequisites                                 

Set up Custom fields in the CRM metadata tool:  

Entity: Email Subscriber                            

Parent: Primary Sponsor                             

Child: Full Name                            

Child:  Email    

Note: These fields are read only and therefore will not appear in the form editor as a field option     

Note: You will not be able to update the sponsor fields locally in the Contacts module                                 

Add the following fields to the CRM Metatdata tool: System Configs:
