Many of today's mail gateway products such as Mimecast and Barracuda offer email security and anti-phishing products which check the links in emails to see if they are malicious. In some cases these products repeatedly follow email links including the parameters that are connected to the contact that received the email. This can cause discrepancies in link click reporting. 

We have added IP address and User Agent tracking on individual link clicks so we can block this traffic where it is affecting reporting. This is recorded automatically.

Please contact Vuture Support or your Account Manager if you see a large number of unexpected clicks for an individual so we can analyse the link clicks pattern and block this unwanted traffic.
