This document lists the Microsoft Dynamics CRM existing and custom objects and fields that Vuture integrates with and is able to add and update.
The objects and fields that we integrate with may change over time as we add new features to the integration.
Automated Object Creation
During your initial set-up, our team will require object creation rights for the Vuture service account in your CRM. This allows us to create all of the required objects for the integration.
Following this stage, it is recommended you revoke those rights.
When an update to Vuture requires that new objects be created in your CRM (for example to support additional features such as Preference Manager), then we will contact you to request that object creation rights are temporarily enabled for Vuture. We will create the new object(s) and test the integration, after which you can revoke those rights again.
If you are not able to provide us with object creation rights please let us know and we can provide manual instructions for creating the required objects.
