The Preference Manager is an online portal which can be styled to look like your website (and provide a seamless client experience). Your clients can log in securely at any time and manage their mailing preferences, which will automatically write back to your Vuture list. They can also update contact information held about them in your Vuture list, which will update the system automatically.

Key Features

• You can invite existing clients to use the portal by sending an email out to contacts in a Vuture list.
• Clients can follow a registration link in the email.
• New contacts can register themselves directly by filling in a form on the website.  This will look up to see if the contact already exists in your list.
• Clients can set a password AND/OR connect their account to LinkedIn to use those login credentials.
• Any updates made in the Preference Manager (e.g. changing mailing preferences) will automatically add to/remove from their preferences in the appropriate Vuture list
• Any updates to their contact information will update the appropriate contact fields.
