If a website is no longer required, follow the steps below:

1. Contact your Account Manager or Vuture Support to let them know the site is not required. Let them know if you require an export of the site.
2. A Jira ticket will be logged with the Vuture Devops team to do the following
   1. Stop the website in IIS and diarise to remove 2 weeks later - this is in case it is found the site is required
   2. Zip the website folder and provide a link to the client if a data export is requested
   3. After 2 weeks, remove the IIS website, application pool and files

 

If the site has dynamic content then use https://www.httrack.com/ to duplicate the site.
