For Events App v3, we have made some minor back end changes which will improve performance.  There is a brief video on this topic here.

Deploying the Event App will be much quicker for you using v3 as the settings are just saved in a database rather than being “deployed” each time.  Other than that, you will not notice any difference.

How do I get Events App v3?

For each campaign that you want to use version 3, ask your Account Manager to deploy version 3 in the Campaign Summary screen by selecting version 3 in the Events App drop down.  Once they do this, you will not be able to downgrade to v2 on this campaign.

You will see that the Deploy button familiar from v2 is now a Save button.
