On a periodic basis you may be required to renew your CRM SSL/TLS certificate. This might be because Vuture has sent you an alert noting that your CRM SSL certificate has expired, and the Vuture app can no longer connect to it. This lack of secure connection means no activities can be read from or sent to your CRM from Vuture.
This certificate is the means by which the connection between your CRM and Vuture is secured over the internet. The certificate holds important encryption policies which your company decides on, and which is used to make the data between our two companies secret.
To do this you need to contact your IT and security teams, and let them know that your CRM SSL TLS HTTPS certificate has expired, and it needs to be renewed. They will then contact their Certificate Authority and renew or purchase a new certificate. Your IT team will then install the renewed or new certificate on your CRM server, and the secure connection will re-initiate once this is installed.
Vuture unfortunately cannot provide guidance on this certificate renewal as every clients' security policies for certificate generation differs.
