This report shows survey details by container.

Access this report from "Admin.Reports.Survey List"

Select the containers you are interested in. Selecting no container or all containers will return all the surveys in the system.

Tick "Display containers in individual columns:" to display sub-containers in separate columns in the report.

Date range selection currently does not affect the report.

The report returns the following fields:

Survey Id - the unique system id for the survey. This is useful when raising a support ticket.

Survey Title - the name of the survey

Container - the container the survey is in - tick "Display containers in individual columns:" to display  sub-containers in separate columns in the report.

Owners - the name(s) of the users marked as owners of the survey

Creator - the name of the survey creator

Created Date - the date the survey was created

Status - the status of the survey which is one of:

• "Pending"
• "Live"
• "Archived" (closed)
  

Launched Date - the date the survey was launched

Survey Last Started - the date the last respondent started the survey

Survey Last Completed - the date the last respondent completed the survey

Survey Type - the survey type which is one:

• "Anonymous"
• "Open - Single Response (Updatable)"
• "Open - Single Response (Not Updatable)"
• "Open - Multiple Response"
• "Multiple Response, Anonymous Access Allowed (Not Updateable)"
