If your OnePlace Lists are not visible within Vuture whilst preparing an email, please follow the instructions below to ensure that your List is correctly set up and connected to a Function or Publication.
What OnePlace Lists does Vuture display
Vuture displays Publications & Functions associated with a list and not the list itself. Each Publication or Function can be connected to up to five OnePlace Lists from which the subscribed contacts are generated for a Vuture email or campaign.
In order to be able to send a Vuture campaign to List from OnePlace:
- Connect your List to a Publication or Function
- Check the Publication or Function is Active
- Check the Publication or Function has an Anti-List
- Check your List has contacts associated to it
- Click the "Update Subscribers" button within the Publication or Function to make the list members available to Vuture (see instructions here)
Controlling the Functions or Publications displayed in Vuture
Vuture displays Functions and Publications that are marked as active in OnePlace. The status is determined using the following out-of-the-box OnePlace fields:
- Publications: OnePlace_Active__c
- Functions: OnePlace_Active__c
To display a Function or Publication within Vuture, the "Active" checkbox must be ticked.
Both these fields are checkboxes and a part of the default, out-of-the-box OnePlace page layout and are required fields for Vuture integration. If these fields are removed from their respective page layouts, then newly created Functions & Publications, will not be marked as Active and the items not display within Vuture.
