For the v2 of the integration between Vuture and Dynamics CRM, we have added a minor new feature which is to populate and display the Activity Type in Dynamics.

This will make it easier for Dynamics users to search for, and filter by, Activities.

 

The activities it is possible to write back into Dynamics are below:
Email open activity
Email send activity
Email click activity
Email forward activity
Email unsubscribe activity
Email bounced activity
RSVP accept, and decline
Subscription updated activity
Web tracking - If the firm runs this module
The activities write back against a Vuture entity called 'Email Activities' which is not associated with the native Dynamics activities. These can be viewed at the content or campaign level entities within Dynamics.
