The following columns are available in the Compound view of the Recipient Activity email report:

The domain of the email address

First Opened

Marks the date of the first time the tracking pixel is downloaded (“images” were downloaded) *or* a link was clicked.

Last Opened

The date the recipient last opened the email

Total Opens

The number of times this email was opened. Counts each open, but not links clicked.

Note:

It is possible for this value to be Null even if First Opened/Last Opened/Unique Links Clicked/Total Links Clicked contain values.

For the number of opens to be counted the recipient has to download a tracker image in the email.

If the recipients email client (eg outlook) is configured to not allow images to be downloaded this cannot happen, so the number of times the recipient opens the page cannot be counted.

Obviously if a link has been clicked the recipient must have opened the email at least once but we can't use the number of links as an indicator of the number of times an email has been opened as an email can be opened and no link clicked, or several links clicked.

This does not affect the number of opens shown in the summary of the report as, if you export a report for a campaign to Excel, it can be seen that the value for total "Opened" in the summary is equivalent to the number of emails with a date in the "Opened" column of the export.

Unique Links Clicked

The number of unique links clicked on the email 

Total Links Clinked

The total number links clicked on the email

ContactId

The recipients ContactId in the CRM application
