E-Cards are designed to be one to one personal emails so typically fall outside bulk mailing rules.

However if you wish to suppress E-Card recipients on your global suppression list this can be enabled by your Account Manager using the following settings:

• Admin.System.Wizard.Check Unsubscribes
• Enable the Daily Suppression List Download in Admin.Services (see Help Desk Article here)
• Admin.System.Versions.Email Wizard Version.2 (see Help Desk Article here)

Enabling this setting will cause all E-Card Wizards to check the email address of each recipient on send against your global unsubscribe list. If the recipient is found in this suppression list then an E-Card is not sent to them. The confirmation that the E-Card Wizard user gets will list all recipients that did not receive an email for this reason.
