1. How is the list of EU contacts generated?
The Vuture database is queried to look at the country for each individual contact (from the database field tblEmail.Country). For CRM sends this is populated when the list is downloaded from CRM so relies on the Country field being returned by the CRM.
The country field is then checked against the following country list:
