The Preference Manager is an online portal which can be styled to look like your website (and provide a seamless client experience). Your clients can log in and manage their own mailing preferences, which will automatically write back to your CRM. They can also update contact information held about them in the CRM, which will then update your CRM.

 

Key Features

• You can invite existing clients to use the portal by sending an email out to contacts in a CRM List.

• Clients follow a registration link in the email.

• New contacts can register themselves by filling in a form on the website.  This will look up to see if the contact already exists in your CRM.

• Clients can set a password AND/OR connect their account to LinkedIn to use the same login credentials.

• Any updates made in the Preference Manager (e.g. changing mailing preferences) will automatically add/remove them from the appropriate CRM list.

• Any updates they make to their contact information will update the appropriate contact fields in your CRM.

Please note, in order to integrate this feature with your CRM, Vuture will require permission to create a new entity in your CRM.  If you are not able to provide us with object creation rights please let us know and we can provide manual instructions for creating the required objects.
