Areas of Interest (AOIs) on Intapp OnePlace are attributes assigned to a contact record.  They indicate the topics that the contact is interested in and they are an important tool in ensuring that your clients and prospects are receiving information that interests them.

You can manage a list of AOIs on OnePlace and assign some of them to be available via a Vuture form.

If you have a list of AOIs in OnePlace and you are happy with the way that list appears in Vuture forms, you do not need to do or change anything.  However, sometimes you will wish to add a new Area of Interest to both your Intapp OnePlace CRM and your Vuture forms, or remove an AOI from your Vuture forms.

If AOIs have changed, please contact your CSM or Support and they can update the new or updated AOI.  They will do this via the Vuture connector, which can be found here at Admin.System.Crmmanager.

We will need to know all the fields names that have been updated/removed so we can sync the correct ones.

Note. If the field name for the AOIs on your CRM has changed this is a much bigger job.  We would need to update ALL of the forms where AOIs are referenced.
