If you have the Contacts module and you would like to find all standalone lists that a contact is on, it is possible to search for that contact, using their email address.  The results will display all lists they are on.

Navigate to Contacts and enter an email address in the Search box:

Click the magnifying glass symbol to start the search:

The result displays the number of lists the contact is in, with the list names and the containers in which these lists are held.
