The Open and Click, Links Clicked & Bounces Multi-Tab Report allows you to select the containers and date ranges you are interested in and provides an Excel report with three tabs: "Open and Clicks", "Links Clicked" and "Bounces". 

To access the report, click on "Admin" and "Reports" and then select "Open and Click, Links Clicked & Bounces Multi-Tab Report" from the dropdown.

Your role must have the feature "Admins.Roles.Admin.Reports" enabled to access this report. Enabling this feature also give you access to all other Admin Reports. Contact your Account Manager to enable this feature for specific roles.

Enter the required date range and containers.

Selecting no containers will return data for all containers.

 The Open and Clicks tab returns one row per contact who received one or more emails in campaigns matching the selected criteria. The data columns returned are:

• FirstName - recipent's first name
• LastName - recipent's last name
• EmailAddress - recipent's email address
• EmailDomain - domain part of the email address
• OpenedCount - the number of email opens by this recipent
• FirstOpened - the first email open time
• LastOpened - the last email open time
• UniqueLinksClicked - the unique links clicked by the recipient
• TotalLinksClicked - the total links clicked by the recipient

The Link Clicked tab returns one row for each separate link clicked by each separate contact. The data columns returned are:

• FirstName - recipent's first name
• LastName - recipent's last name
• EmailAddress - recipent's email address
• EmailDomain - domain part of the email address
• EmailLink - the URL of the link that was cliecked
