Two new Event Reports are available in the Report Snippet, for Standalone and InterAction only at the moment.
There is a brief video on this topic here.
The Report Snippet can be placed onto an email or a landing page and will report on event responses submitted via a Vuture form.
*Please Note: This report requires some styling customization to your master template as a pre-requisite. This is a premium feature. Please contact your Account Manager for more details. They will find the details of how to add it into your template in this article.
Step 1: Insert the snippet onto the page through the same method you would use to add a regular snippet, whilst editing the layout.
Step 2: Save your chosen layout and the report snippet will appear in your page. Click on "Configure Report Feed", to choose the desired report and set the appropriate parameters.
These new reports work in a similar way to the way in which the Event App is configured, in that you will be asked to select a list, then a field for RSVP and the values for RSVP Yes and RSVP No (drop-down for IA and text for Standalone). Vuture will use these selections to look at the number of responses received and update the report. To get the "total invitations sent" it will look at the list selected, and see how many emails, in the campaign the snippet is created in, were sent to that list and how many were opened/not opened.
