These are system-wide Image Library settings and can be accessed by your Vuture Administrator at "Admin.System.Image Library":

Update for May 2021:  We have added a new config at System > Image Library > Image Interpolation Mode.
By default, the setting is 2. When trying to crop an image by reducing the size, the resulting image may have areas of the right and bottom part of the image cropped too closely.
Changing the setting to 3, the image should not lose any part of the image at the bottom and right side.

Upload using original image quality	false	When enabled images are uploaded using the original image quality. This stops the system re-sampling the image using the JPEG quality setting defined in the "Image quality" setting above and uploads them without modification.
