For the avoidance of doubt, the payments gateway function operated via the Vuture platform is provided via a separate payment service, Stripe.

Client and Stripe have contracted separately. Stripe and client’s obligations under contract are in addition and therefore separate to the contract between Client and Vuture. Vuture remains responsible for the operation of the Vuture products and services but bears no obligation of service nor exercises any control over the services provided by Stripe. As such Vuture is not responsible for collection and processing of any payments operated via Stripe under contract with the Client. All queries regarding Stripe services must be directed to Stripe in accordance with their terms of business.
