Web tracking works by putting a cookie on a recipient's computer when they click on a link in a Vuture email.
Web tracking is typically enabled system-wide by a Vuture Administrator using the configuration setting "Admin.System.WebTracking.Web Tracking Enabled". This will apply cookies to all email sends from the system.
If you want to restrict the cookie functionality to only operate in certain containers then uncheck the setting "Admin.System.WebTracking.Web Tracking Enabled" and enable it on a per container-basis. This can be done by a Vuture Administrator by going to "Admin.Containers and Users", selecting the required container from the container tree, clicking on the "Container Settings" tab and ticking the "Cookie" field.
Note that non-Vuture administrators can view this setting but not change it.
You might want to only enable cookies in certain containers due to privacy laws in particular regions limiting the use of cookies.
