If data has been deleted from the Vuture platform there is usually a way to restore it.

Note that most commonly used types of database record are kept for 30 days after deletion, and files and less commonly used database records are kept for 14 days after deletion.

Please contact Vuture Support to request a data restore indicating, where possible, exactly which items have been deleted and when they were deleted.

How to Restore Containers

When containers are deleted any websites, email campaigns or print materials inside them are not automatically deleted and will still continue to work and be accessible to visitors, however you will not be able to update content.

Restoring a container requires a restore of database records which are kept for 30 days. Please let Vuture Support know the names of the containers that have been deleted and the date and time they were deleted.

How to Restore Websites, Email Campaigns or Print Materials

When a website, email campaign or print material is deleted the files and database entries are still available to be restored.

Please contact Vuture Support with the name and container of the items that was deleted.

Restoring a Deleted Email Page

If you accidentally delete an email page and you wish to recover it, ask Vuture Support or your AM to assist you.  They can restore deleted email pages up to 30 days after deletion.
