Multiwebinars without Form Logic
We wanted to make it easier for Vuture users to add several webinars to one form, without any requirement to use form logic. You can now add a series of webinars and for each one you can add the RSVP field and the Attended field as you go, hidden from your clients, but writing back to the correct fields in the CRM when your clients respond.

Prerequisites
-
This method of adding webinars will work for most CRMs with which we integrate (not yet for Fibre or legacy SF) and will work for Zoom, On24, GoToWebinar and Webex.
-
Admin.Roles.Forms.Multiwebinar Feature Access should be enabled
-
Forms v2 is required
-
You will need to have a campaign list with one or more RSVP fields, depending on how you plan to track responses. For the three-webinar example given in this description I have created
-
One mailing list,
-
with 3 separate RSVP fields, separately named
-
(RSVP fields can be either Boolean (either/or) or Enumeration (list))
-
One additional field for Attendance.
- For clients with an integration with Intapp, you will first need to add extra RSVP and attended fields to the RSVP object on the Intapp side. Your CSM can then sync these through to Vuture before you start building your form.
-
You will also need to set up your webinar series and have the ID of each webinar readily available.
- For clients integrated with all CRMs except InterAction, note that you must use One mailing list only per form. Clients integrated with InterAction may use multiple lists per form. This is due to the difference in the way CRMs are designed.
The screenshots below use Zoom as an example.
Steps to Add First Event
First ensure you have the webinar IDs ready to Copy/Paste, as recommended above.
In your campaign, open the RSVP form, scroll down and select Multi Webinar

On the next screen, select Multi Select Event at location 1 indicated below.
Choose your webinar provider from the dropdown at location 2.
Paste in the first ID at location 3.

The system will validate that your ID is correct and display the name, date and ID so you can verify that you are adding the correct webinar.
You can now add the RSVP field from here and an additional field for recording Attendance (optional).
As soon as you click on Add RSVP, you will be asked to provide the mailing list on which you want to record the RSVP responses for this webinar.

Use the drop down selectors to choose the correct list, the correct RSVP field and value.
If you click on Add Additional you will also be able to select the additional field for recording Attendance.
Enter the details and click on Save Event.

You can now see the first event saved on your form.

Adding Further Events
From the same screen above, click again into the Zoom ID field and add the ID of the next event.

The second webinar ID will be validated, displaying the name and date, and then it is assumed that you will want to add an RSVP for this event. (You could click off the Add RSVP selector if you wish.)
The system automatically defaults to the previous list you selected, but you could choose a different list at this point if required.
In the example below I am tracking RSVPs on the same list, but on different RSVP fields, so for the second event, I have chosen to record responses against a field called RSVP2.

Add your selected Attendance field if you wish and click to Save Event.

From this point, continue to add as many events as are in your series. Once finished, click to save this part of the form at the bottom right of your screen.

You will be returned to the main form.

On the form, your clients will see the list of webinars to choose from. This list is presented so that they can choose one webinar, or several, or all of them.
Add the Thank you page as a Redirect to the Accept or Yes option in each case.
Thank You Pages
It is recommended that, if you are adding multiple webinars, you do not attempt to add multiple different Thank you pages. Build one, generic Thank you page with a message such as:
“Thank you for accepting our invitation to one or more of our webinars. Please watch your inbox for a message from [your webinar provider here] which will contain your personalized link to join each session.”
Save the form and View Page to see the form as clients will see it.

You can see that all the RSVPs are automatically hidden from view.
Test the page by registering a colleague.
(Don’t forget that Zoom will not allow you to register yourself if you are the Host.)
FAQs
Q. Can I mix webinar providers on this form? My firm uses both Zoom and ON24.
A. Technically you could, but it is not recommended because it may become confusing to manage. We recommend that you run a series of webinars in either one or the other, not using both providers together.
